The Korea Foundation proudly supports USC-Korea Academy for Educators (KAFE) summer workshops from 7/17 ~ 7/22 for K- 12th teachers.
The Korea Academy for Educators (KAFE) is a private, non-profit, nonpartisan, 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to informing educators about Korea’s history and culture and the Korean American experience in order to promote cross-cultural understanding.
The program includes introductory lectures on Korean history, politics, religion, culture, and Korean-American immigration, and provides tools and resources to help teachers integrate Korea into their curriculum. The Workshop is open to teachers of all subjects including and not limited to history, social studies, arts and language. Subsidies are available to supplement travel and lodging costs.
