2013 – 2014 Korean Culture Festival Grant Recipient – George Mason University (VA)

The Korea Foundation are pleased to announce that the the application for “2014-2015 Korean Culture Festivals at U.S. Universities Grant” is now open and available online!

Sponsored by the Korea Foundation (KF) and the Korea International Trade Association (KITA), this grant program is meant to increase the understanding of Korean culture and arts across universities in the United States and to foster friendship among university students from diverse cultures and backgrounds. The selected universities will be awarded with $2,000 (USD) along with promotional materials provided by the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) to host a “Korean Culture Festival” to promote various aspects of Korea including film, food, arts, and culture on their campus or in their community.

Korea-related/ associated student organizations in universities across the United States are eligible to apply. More information about the program and the application can be found on our website under major program.

The application deadline will be Friday, September 19, 2014 EST.
